Write to your club’s Management Committee and request that they:

• develop and distribute codes of conduct to club members and personnel to reinforce that bullying and other harassment is not acceptable.
• require club members and personnel complete online training in discrimination and harassment.
• make sure that club members and personnel know how to complain and encouraged to raise any concerns about bullying and harassment.
