• Provide leadership and promote an inclusive safe and fair club culture.
• Provide coaches with Codes of Behaviour that that make clear abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Encourage coaches to model positive behaviour and to discourage verbal abuse amongst players.
• Provide coaches with guidelines and other support to help them provide safe and supportive environments for participation.
• Publicise training opportunities, particularly to coaches who are new to coaching.
• Take action over any inappropriate behaviour.
