Address inappropriate behaviours in a timely manner.

Ensure you are approachable and accessible to all participants.

Make sure you are familiar with your club's policies and procedures for addressing inappropriate behaviours.

Maintain positive and open relationships with all participants.

Attend relevant training offered by the club/association.

Take complaints seriously.
