Officials - What to do next

• Familiarise yourself with any rule/s changes that are put in place by your sport.
• Encourage your sport to have clear policies on changes that can be made to the game to make it more inclusive. 
• Be prepared and encourage the sharing of ideas and experiences between officials. For example, you may have officiated a game where you made slight changes to your communication techniques to include a person with a hearing impairment.
