Online Training with Play By The Rules Print E-mail

Play by the Rules offers free online training courses for coaches, administrators, officials and players about their rights under responsibilities under discrimination and child protection laws.

The courses are short (taking no more than two hours), may be done in part or all at once, and make extensive use of case studies.

Users who successfully finish a course and its assessment module can print a certificate of completion (except for NSW Parents and Players courses).

Interactive Scenarios

Play by the Rules also offers short interactive scenarios on particular sports issues. These courses are not assessed and focus on raising awareness and providing information to assist sports respond positively to issues. Administrators and coaches should find them particularly useful although the courses would be of interest to anyone involved in sport.

Registering for Courses

To use the courses you will need to register to get access to the courses. 

Once you register, your username and password will be automatically sent to you by email.
