When it comes to sport, showing respect and treating everyone fairly is just as important as the game itself. Maybe even more so, because no matter which sport you play, guy or girl, everyone deserves to be treated as an equal and everyone should get a fair go. There's just no excuse for sexism or bad behaviour in sport. Everyone involved in the club, male or female, should feel safe and supported at all times.
