Discrimination
In Australia, federal, state and territory discrimination laws apply to sport, although the extent of coverage varies nationally. Harassment (e.g. sexual or racial harassment) is also unlawful. These laws aim to ensure that we can all participate in the public life of the community, free from certain forms of discrimination and harassment.
