Sport has the power to create connection, confidence and a sense of belonging - but only when everyone is genuinely welcomed. For people with disability, LGBTIQA+ participants, women, gender-diverse people and multicultural communities’ barriers to participation still exist, limiting opportunities to experience the physical, mental and social benefits of sport. This episode explores how removing those barriers and building inclusive environments - from accessible facilities to welcoming club cultures -creates stronger communities for everyone. We'll hear how inclusive programs provide safe spaces where all people can participate, connect and thrive.
