Broken links to Play by the Rules? We have the fix.

Making our website easier to navigate was one of our top priorities when we made the new website and branding. The only downside is that some sports might now have a few links that get lost, but don’t worry, there’s help where you need it.

Making our website easier to navigate was one of our top priorities when we made the new website and branding. The only downside is that some sports might now have a few links that get lost, but don’t worry, there’s help where you need it.

The quickest fix is to find the links on your website that aren’t going to the right place and replace them with www.playbytherules.net.au so your website visitors can find their own way. If you’re after a more specific link, read on to find some of the more popular pages and their new addresses below.

Why did we change the links?

We wanted to make sure the website was as user-friendly as possible for both new supporters and the ones who have been around since the start. We had a lot of testing done (including a practice called ‘tree-testing’) to make sure that anyone could find what they needed in the fewest clicks possible, and made the website as intuitive as we could.

Finding the right link

If you want to provide specific links, we have a series of landing pages on the new website which might be easier to link to (rather than specific pages which may change over time).

Handy hint: If you want to find your link quick and you’re using a desktop or laptop, press CTRL + F on your keyboard and type the term you’re looking for, e.g.: ‘Let Kids be Kids’ or ‘MPIO.’
