A message to parents

The 'A Message to All Parents' poster addresses parent behaviour at junior sport. Specifically, it focuses on how some parents tend to re-live their own sporting life through their children's experience of sport.

AFL

The Football poster features three versions with different wording and colour types. For example, "Relax, let the children play, The coaches coach, and the umpires do their job. So let's have fun and support each other" 

ARU

The Rugby Union posters features three versions with different colour types. For example, "This is a game, There are children, The match officials are human, the coaches are volunteers."

Badminton

The Badminton posters features three versions with different colour types. For example, "Badminton is fun; Cheer on the players; Respect the officials; Support the coach."

Basketball

The Basketball posters features three versions with different colour types. For example, "This is a game, There officials are human, The coaches are volunteers, This is fun for everyone."

BMX

The BMX posters features three versions with different wording and colour types. For example, "Riders and officials deserve your respect, Officials are volunteers too and remember, we are not riding for sheep stations".

Cricket

The Cricket posters features three versions with different wording and colour types. For example, "This is a game; The players are children; The umpires are human; The coaches are volunteers".

Dance

The Dance posters features three versions with different wording and colour types. For example, "This is Dance; We all make mistakes; Everyone is doing their best."

Football

The Football poster features three versions with different wording and colour types. For example, "This is a game, These are children, The referees are human, This is not the A-League or the World Cup". 

Gymnastics

The Gymnastics posters features three versions with different wording and colour types. For example, "This gymnastics; We all make mistakes; Everyone is doing their best." 

Inclusion

The Inclusion posters features three versions with different wording to address different inclusion issues. They include "There is no place for homophobia at this club', "At this club we value diversity and harassment or discrimination is not tolerated", "There is no place for racial abuse at this club."

Kids are watching

The 'Kids are Watching' poster sends a simple message to parents on the sidelines of junior sport - 'Parents - Your Kids are Watching'. 

Little Athletics

The Little Athletics posters features three versions with different wording and colour types. For example, "These are kids; They are here to have fun; While coming firsts great, getting a PB is better." 

Netball

The Netball poster was designed by Netball Australia and features the wording. "Cheer on the players; Respect the umpires; Support the coach; Netball is fun."

NRL

The Rugby League poster features three versions with different wording and colour types. For example, "This is a game, These are children, The referees are human, This is not the NRL". 

Pony Clubs / Equestrian

The Pony Club/Equestrian poster features  a red header with the words "Competition is supposed to be fun, The Competitors are children, The judges are entitled to there opinion, The helpers are all volunteers".

Softball

The Softball posters features three versions with different wording and colour types. For example, "This is a game, we all make mistakes, Everyone's doing their best, SO let's have fun and support each other". 

Swimming

The Swimming posters features three versions with different wording and colour types. For example, "Swimming is fun. Cheer on the swimmers. Respect the officials. Support the coach." 

Touch Football

The Touch Football posters features three versions with different wording and colour types. For example, "Touch Football is fun; Cheer on the players; Respect the officials; Support the coach."
